About Mackworth IT Consultancy

With over 22 years' experience supporting IT and Digital Delivery in Education, from Independant Prep and Junior Schools, through to State and Independant Secondary Schools, as well as working at FE College and HE University level, I am well place to offer consultancy services and a range of training courses and workshops to develop the IT Provision in business and education settings. I also specialise in the increasingly demanding home IT sector, as devices become more internet connected.

I also have working experience in the full range of technical support roles - I quickly worked my way up from a first-line Service Desk Analyst, to second-line Support Technician, to Head of Department, and then on to IT Director at three different establishments.

I am Microsoft MSCE, Prince 2, ISO27001 qualified, as well as attended a wide range of managerial and leadership training courses.
